Tyson Fury clowned around in the boxing ring and found that it always doesn’t end well. Not only did he drop the fight, but he also missed out on the chance to solidify his history. After all, the undisputed crown was on the line. But what exactly happened? How did Oleksandr Usyk shatter his defense and his perfect record?

Fabio Wardley explained it all when he appeared in a TNT Boxing Sports analysis video. The fans witnessed Fury, 36, making a strong start in the fight against Usyk, 37, but the latter turned the tide toward the middle rounds. How did the Ukrainian fighter suddenly find ‘Gypsy King’s kryptonite and double down on the glaring holes in the game plan? Wardley, 29, believed it was because of Fury’s lazy punching.

The British champion pointed out that Fury’s lead hand was low, which invited Usyk to land. In addition, he believed only landed a jab at a time, not putting high volume or work rate. It resulted in Usyk landing his combinations on counters after he figured out the timing of those jabs. Wardley, at 18-0-1, said, “I think a lot of Fury’s downfall as well was one, again, easily identifiable. There is that low lead hand, which is very inviting.”

He continued, “Especially bad now is it seems, where Usyk is up a gear… He wants to be throwing punches. But also in Fury, not putting his punches together. Just one jab, two jab, maybe a one-two. But not really putting anything together. And you’ll see coming off of that one right hand, pretty lazy, gets hit with a combination. Single shots, again, from Fury. Not really doing too much. Whereas, then Usyk comes in one-two, firing and nice and sharp change of pace.”

But now the question is whether Fury will plug the holes. Will he start with his corner and make some changes there? It seems like it.

Last time around, the Manchester native had SugarHill Steward, Andy Lee and his father, John Fury. All three voices ended up creating dissonance during the fight, and it could be the reason the former WBC champion lost his gold strap. But Lee has clarified that there will be only one man shouting instructions during the rematch—Steward.

Leee said, “There [were] a lot of voices in the corner–we were in a dire situation and had to get him back to himself. His dad was giving him great advice, I thought. But he’s also a dad, and that’s his son. ‘Suga’ should have been the only voice, and he will be the only voice in the next fight.” That’s not it. Fury has decided to add more mass to his frame, too. It remains to be seen how these two changes affect Fury’s rematch now.

Floyd Mayweather was reportedly chased out of a London jewellery district due to his support for Israel amid the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.

Footage has emerged which appears to show the undefeated boxing legend being bundled into a black 4×4 car by his security team and driven away from the scene.

Mayweather had been browsing expensive jewellery and watches in the Hatton Garden area of the capital when he was confronted by a group of between eight and ten people, a witness told The Sun. The same report states that Mayweather was asked why he supports Israel, to which he said he was ‘proud to support the Jews’.

Only days ago the 47-year-old launched the Mayweather Israel Initiative with the aim of giving every orphan in Israel a free birthday present.

He was also one of the first big celebrities to visit the nation after last year’s October 7 attacks, in which over 1,000 civilians were killed by Hamas. Last month, Mayweather hosted a barbecue at an Israel Defense Forces military base and was a guest of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who he publicly urged to ‘never back down’.

A witness reportedly said that the Hatton Garden incident was wrapped up in two minutes, with at least one member of the group ‘taking a swing’ at Mayweather.

However, a source close to the former boxer claims that he was not touched or harmed during the confrontation.

Mayweather was also challenged by an activist at a Las Vegas press conference while launching his new vape brand earlier this year. A Palestinian flag was reportedly confiscated by his security team during the media gathering, which prompted loud chants of ‘Free Palestine’.

Nicknamed ‘Money’ and ‘Pretty Boy’, Mayweather is regarded as one of the greatest boxers of all time, having retired with an unblemished 50-0 record.

His last fight with a fully-fledged boxer came against Andre Berto in 2015, but he went on to bank in excess of £230million for a hotly-anticipated bout with MMA fighter Conor McGregor two years later.

Mayweather has since taken part in a number of lucrative exhibition events, including against YouTube stars Deji and Logan Paul.

The American’s net worth stretches into the hundreds of millions, and he recently agreed a mega-money deal to purchase a block of apartments in Manhattan, New York.

Tyson Fury is preparing for his heavyweight title rematch with Oleksandr Usyk later this month, but some fans have expressed concern over the Gypsy King’s physique

Tyson Fury has left some fans concerned after he showed off his physique ahead of his rematch with Oleksandr Usyk later this month.

The pair are scheduled to clash on December 21 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, reigniting a feud that began with their initial fight in May, where Usyk’s victory handed Fury the first defeat of his professional career. At 37, the Ukrainian victor made history by becoming the first fighter since Lennox Lewis to unite the heavyweight division belts, claiming Fury’s WBC title.

Tyson Fury on how he'll fight Oleksandr Usyk in rematch - and feeling 'down' over Anthony Joshua's defeat | UK News | Sky Newsrelinquished the IBF title, now held by Daniel Dubois, opting instead for a rematch with Fury rather than facing the mandatory challenger Dubois. As they both prepare for the upcoming bout, 36-year-old Fury – with an enviable record of 34 wins from 36 fights, including a draw – and Usyk, who is unbeaten in his 22 professional bouts, are finishing up their fight prep.

Yet, it’s his physical appearance that has drawn comments from fans on social media, some suggesting that the Gypsy King looks beyond his years. One fan remarked, “He looks old there,” while another observed: “Bro looks 47.”

One comment highlighted potential issues with Fury’s fluctuating weight: “Fury ballooning up and down in weight down the years maybe has caught up with him, if Fury’s damaged goods he took a lot of punishment first fight. Flip-side on paper there’s still a massive size advantage for Fury if he can make it count.”

Another individual voiced their opinion: “Fury has never been the ‘body beautiful’ type of fighter, but I have to say he looks awful here. I can see Usyk, whose fitness is never in doubt, stopping Fury this time.”

At the same time, another boxing enthusiast remarked: “Tyson had a hell of a run before and after the mental breakdown and will forever be a legend in the sport of boxing.”

They added: “But for someone with his build and size, his ageing is showing rapidly. Usyk is older than Fury by a year but you’d think Fury was 10 times older.”

Kyle Kuzma has been making headlines once again with ongoing trade rumors, a constant fixture in the NBA news cycle. But amidst the buzz, one thing remains unchanged: his girlfriend, supermodel Winnie Harlow, continues to steal the spotlight. Harlow never fails to turn heads with her impeccable style, and her latest appearance at Audemars Piguet’s glamorous Miami gala was no exception.

The exclusive event, hosted by the ultra-luxurious $1.3 billion watchmaker, set the stage for some of the most influential women in the industry. Harlow shared a series of stunning pictures with her 10.1 million Instagram followers, giving fans a glimpse into the evening. Posing alongside tennis icon Serena Williams and Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles, the trio looked radiant in their chic black dresses.

Harlow’s caption, “Power 🖤,” perfectly encapsulated the strength and elegance exuded by these remarkable women, who are trailblazers in their fields. The celebration of powerful black women is undeniable, as their achievements continue to inspire and uplift others.

Simone Biles

Williams, in her semi-sheer black bodycon dress, also posted pictures with Biles and Harlow separately, captioning it, “Yesterday, I sat with the GOAT @simonebiles at AN EVENING OF IMPACTFUL CONVERSATION with @audemarspiguet @vanityfair @femalequotient and a house full of women. I love to see it.” Biles’ 7 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze Olympic medals are proof enough of the GOAT title, not to mention the 30 World Championship medals she has won.

Whereas, Harlow made a style statement in her black mini-dress with a thigh-high slit and a bold red lapel. The blazer-style backless LaQuan Smith dress, reaching the length of her hair, gave her a striking look. For accessories, the Canadian opted for a red bag, gold danglers, and a gold watch, the standout piece of the event. She even posed for the cameras, proudly flaunting her Piguet watch. While Kuzma hasn’t reacted to the pictures yet, he surely knows how to compliment his girl.

Jake Paul, who defeated former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson last month, lost to Tommy Fury back in February and the pair have been linked with a rematch ever since

Jake Paul has stated he would be open to a rematch with Tommy Fury, but only under the condition of a 12-round boxing fight.

The YouTuber-turned-professional-boxer’s sole defeat in the ring was handed to him by Fury during their bout in Saudi Arabia back in February 2023. Speculation about a potential rematch has been circulating, and both fighters’ schedules are currently clear.

Fury recently scrapped his match with Darren Till after the former UFC fighter threatened to use MMA tactics, which Fury dismissed as “stupid”. This could pave the way for a rematch with Paul, who promptly took to social media to state his terms: “Only if it’s 12 rounds.”

Their first encounter was an eight-round cruiserweight match. Fury has previously expressed his willingness to face Paul again, telling ESPN: “In a heartbeat, yeah. I mean at the end of the day I think me and him, we’re set in stone. He’s only got one defeat and that’s to me, so it’s inevitable that we are going to get back in the ring.

“I know I’m going to be an improved fighter and with him the [fights] he’s taking and what he’s doing, I’m not sure if he’s going to improve that much.”

Paul’s most recent victory saw him defeat Mike Tyson in another shortened match. The heavyweight legend came out of retirement to face an opponent decades his junior, and the age difference ultimately played a role as Paul secured his win on points.

Paul has already expressed his desire to face a high-profile opponent next, with a potential bout against Canelo being discussed. However, B.J. Flores, Paul’s former trainer, has advised him to only consider a rematch with Fury if the financial terms are favorable.

Mike Tyson

He tole The Sun: “Tommy’s unreasonable with the money and he’s unreasonable with what he’s worth. So I don’t feel like it’s mandatory for Jake to fight Tommy again before anybody else. If it made sense business-wise, if not then no.

“Tommy’s not gonna get an opportunity like that with anybody else in the world. Trust me, that’ll will never come Tommy’s way again. So if he’s reasonable on the money and reasonable on the price, yeah, get the fight again.”

Paul has fought 12 times since starting his professional boxing career in 2020, but most of those bouts have been against former MMA fighters.

The 27-year-old has recorded victories against Ali Eson Gib, Nate Robinson, Ben Askren, Tyron Woodley (twice), Anderson Silva, Nate Diaz, Andre August, Ryan Bourland, Mike Perry, and Tyson. Paul may be tempted to fight Fury again and avenge his only defeat.

British fighter Liam Walsh has called on Gervonta “Tank” Davis to consider fighting Vasiliy Lomachenko and Shakur Stevenson before bowing out of the sport.

Ahead of his WBA lightweight championship fight with Lamont Roach on March 1, Baltimore’s Davis announced his intentions to retire from the sport after 2025 during a press conference in New York on Tuesday.

Walsh, who lost to Davis in three rounds in 2017, said that he wants to see his former ring mate take on the best 135 pounders before retiring next year.

Tank came out the other day and said he’s gonna retire after 2025,” Walsh told Pro Boxing Fans. “Will that happen? We don’t know but I’d like to see Tank fight Lomachenko. Teofimo is probably too big now but I want some of the big fights.

“I know he’s beaten Ryan Garcia, which was huge business which made him look a lot better, but I always fancied Tank in that fight anyway. But that wasn’t a Tank-Loma or a Tank-Shakur.”

Davis, 30-0 (28 KOs), was close to fighting IBF 135-pound titlist Lomachenko, 18-3 (12 KOs), in November but the fight fell through after the Ukrainian decided to spend time with his family instead.

Walsh, however, believes it’s not too late to make the fight happen next year.

“I’m more interested in Tank-Lomachenko. I’m being honest,” he said. I got excited when I heard that one. And for whatever reasons, from what I’m reading, which we don’t know, it wasn’t Tank’s fault, but the fight didn’t go ahead. I hope it does happen.

I still think the fight can happen but I don’t know what he’s got left. I obviously don’t know what his ambition is now. It seems like he’s going the other way because at one point, he was possessed with being an undisputed champion.

Gervonta Davis No Longer Has Respect For Shakur Stevenson: "We Ain't Cool Anymore"

“I don’t think he necessarily holds that mindset anymore, but I might be wrong. I don’t know him personally. I’ve been a massive fan of Lomachenko when I watched him myself in Vegas years ago.”

On fighting Stevenson, Walsh said he anticipates a top-class encounter between Davis and one of the sport’s best opponents.

“I think Shakur could beat anybody. I think Shakur is good. I like him a lot. I think he’s brilliant.”

Jake Paul didn’t take long to answer Gervonta Davis’s latest callout for a boxing match in 2025.

Jake Paul is fresh off his latest boxing win over heavyweight legend Mike Tyson earlier this year. After a back-and-forth first round, Paul controlled most of the exchanges from Round 2 on, although he admits he carried Tyson over the final minutes of the fight.

Paul has plenty of options for his next fight after passing his latest test and is expected to get a step up in competition for his next bout. He’s scheduled to meet with a former WBA champion to potentially talk about making a fight come to fruition.

In the meantime, Paul has a potential adversary in Floyd Mayweather pupil Gervonta Davis, who is set to face Lamont Roach Jr. in his latest WBA lightweight title defense in March. In a recent interview, Davis attempted to add himself to the Paul sweepstakes by calling him out.

It took mere hours for Paul to issue a fiery response to Davis on social media.

Jake Paul ramps up beef with Gervonta Davis over potential fight

In a recent tweet, Paul responded to Davis’s latest message.

“Floyd’s little son calling me out?… come on little tank, you know better. I saw you pretend like you didn’t know who Amanda Serrano & Katie Taylor are,” Paul tweeted.

“Do better & maybe 1 day I give u a platform to shine again after that budget basic press conference you just had.”

Davis and Roach were in Washington DC last week for their first pre-fight press conference ahead of their March 1st booking. As of this writing, Davis hasn’t responded to Paul’s social media tirade.

Davis, a natural lightweight boxer, would have to add substantial weight to make a fight with Paul come to fruition. Paul’s matchup with Tyson took place at heavyweight, and he’s competed at cruiserweight for the majority of his boxing career.

This weekend showcases some of the best golfers in the world at the Hero World Challenge.

The tournament is displaying the top 20 players in the world currently with the likes of Scottie Scheffler, Justin Thomas, and Keegan Bradley. The proceeds benefit the Tiger Woods Foundation.

Woods, who is in attendance this weekend, won the tournament five times in his career. He founded the tournament in 2000. The years he won were 2001, 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2011. He also finished in 2nd place five times over the course of his career. It was a memorable tournament in 2011 the last time he won the event.

2011, marked an off period for Woods who had not won a worldwide tournament since the Australian Masters in 2009. He was trailing Zach Johnson by a stroke before the final two holes began.

On the 17th, the birdie was from 15 feet. On the 18th hole, it was from just six feet but still clutch from Tiger Woods. Johnson missed a birdie on the 18th to give room for Woods to win the Challenge. Johnson would go on to win the tournament himself in 2013.

Said Woods after the 2011 victory: “It feels awesome, whatever it is. I had the lead at the Master’s on the back nine and had a chance at the Aussie Open. So, this is my third time with a chance to win; I pulled it off this time.” He shot a 69 in the final round for a total of 278 to secure victory.

Whoever wins the tournament will take home a prize of 1 million dollars. Woods, when he did perform in the tournament typically donated the money to his foundation. He was unable to compete this year due to issues he still has due to his back surgery.

The 15-time major winner has only been able to play in five tournaments this year, missing the cut in four of them. He hopefully will be able to compete in next year’s tournament. Tiger Woods currently has stated he’s not sure when he will return to play.

There are many players such as Scheffler and Thomas who can draw a crowd. However, they still cannot draw a crowd like Woods himself. The tournament can only hope to have him return next year.

The retired tennis legend recently revealed she is training to complete a half-marathon by 2025

Serena Williams is living her best life.

The retired tennis star, 43, debuted a new, slimmer look while at an event in Miami on Saturday, Dec. 7, and showed it off in an Instagram video of her dancing while wearing athletic attire.

In the clip set to Bad Bunny’s song “DÁKITI,” Williams could be seen shaking her hips and dancing. She wore a black Nike tennis dress with bright green shorts underneath and matching green tennis shoes, with her blonde hair in light waves.

“Today was the @wyn activation in Miami with @meta and you ladies pulled through!,” she wrote in the video’s caption. “So nice to meet so many new faces and can’t wait to see what you all look like in #WYN!”

Several fans commented on her post praising her new look, noting that she “slayed” the look and appeared “stunning.” One fan wrote, “Looking amazing. Time to get u back on the court.”

Another person commented, “She is feeling it! Serena William is in the zone… Good for her!” Another fan chimed in saying, “She got that makeup right and looking great!! 🙌🏽💐.”

The post comes after the former tennis pro revealed that she traded in her tennis rackets for running shoes as she focused on building stamina in order to run a half-marathon. The 23-time Grand Slam champion told PEOPLE last month that she planned to run the race by the end of 2025.

“That’s my new goal,” Williams told PEOPLE. “So it’s just like I have to do something competitive. I miss tennis like crazy.”

Williams — who shares daughters Olympia, 7, and Adira, 1, with her husband of seven years, Alexis Ohanian — also shared that she is making greater efforts to take care of her body after competing in tennis for decades.

“I’ve gotten obsessed, more obsessed with diet and exercise, I think, than when I was playing tennis,” she. “I knew that I was going to burn 20,000 calories a day, and now I’m like, ‘Oh my god, I don’t know how many calories I’m going to be able to burn!’ ”

However, she also noted that keeping up the healthy habits wasn’t just for herself, but for her kids, so that she could continue to keep up with them.

“The more that I don’t play sports professionally, the more that I think, ‘Okay, this is what I’ve done for literally my entire life, and how do I optimize and keep it up?’ As a mom, my main goal is to be healthy for my kids and I have young kids and I need to be able to run for them and be able to do all that stuff,” she added.
